Ladling Love

fundraisers

At Zoup!, we believe that giving back to our communities is as important as serving up delicious food. That’s why we’re always on the lookout for opportunities to partner with local organizations. We’ve created our Ladling Love Fundraising program to let friends, family, and neighbors raise money by simply enjoying good, really good soups, salads and sandwiches!

How it Works

Supporters ordering at Zoup! and mentioning your non-profit between 5-8pm on the evening of your fundraiser will have their purchase tracked and 20% of those sales donated back to your group.

Planning an Event

Schedule

Fill out the form below to request a fundraising event. If your request is accepted, a Ladling Love Fundraiser marketing toolkit will be emailed and a Zoup! manager may contact you.

Spread the Word

Customize the Ladling Love Fundraiser marketing toolkit templates with your group’s information and promote through all available avenues: email list, social media, posters, etc.

Dine & Earn

Show up to greet your supporters and enjoy a meal while the funds roll in! Remember: more guests invited = more chances to earn. No distribution of flyers at the restaurant please.

Fundraiser FAQ’s

Do you have other options for donations?

Yes! If you would like to inquire about a food or a gift certificate donation, please contact your local Zoup! to speak with an owner or manager.

When will I get my check after hosting an event?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your local Zoup! owner or manager to tally the results and prepare a donation check. If you do not receive a check or update within 10 business days following your event, please reach out to the local Zoup! owner or manager. Please keep in mind the $250 minimum for event sales. Restaurant managers may schedule extra team members to work and prepare food for the event and if the $250 sales minimum is not met, a donation will not be made. Get out there and promote your event!

Can I Change or Cancel My Event?

Yes. Please reach out to the local Zoup! owner or manager as soon as possible before the event to give notice and discuss a new date.
